Return Policy

In order to process a return, an email must be sent to mersiboutiqueinfo@gmail.com, the email must contain the following: Order Number # (Description) Reason for return: (In a few words explain the problem) The return request has to be within 3 days of receipt of goods.There is a 20% restocking fees for all returns.

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 14 days of the ship date received. Mersi Boutique will not accept any returns after 14 days.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Mersi Boutique and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Purchased merchandise can be returned via mail to our Distribution Center. No in-person drop offs will be accepted at our Distribution Center or Corporate Office. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.    


We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit or refund once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

 * Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.


All Final Sale items, bodysuits, swimsuits, or undergarments are non-returnable.

Damaged Items

We will issue you store credit or a refund and you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.

Return Processing time

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
